Please read these terms carefully before using DesignersGlasses
Multiple separate contracts are used by DesignersGlasses. The terms of these contracts appear on this page.
The first contract is the "Website Terms and Conditions". This contract applies to ALL users of the DesignersGlasses website. If you use this website for any reason, you will be bound by these terms.
The second contract is the "Terms and Conditions of Supply". This applies to EVERY purchase of goods from us. In addition, if you purchase prescription eyewear, you will be bound by the “Additional Terms and Conditions for Prescription Eyewear”.
1. Website Terms and Conditions
This agreement is between you, the person accessing and/or using the DesignersGlasses website ("You"), and DesignersGlasses.
Your Right to Use the Site
Subject to these Terms of Use, DesignersGlasses grants to you a limited, non-licensable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to access the Site for the purposes of viewing the website and making purchases. You may only use the Site for lawful purposes.
Unauthorized use shall include, but is not limited to, all the following. You shall not:
- License, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit the Site.
- Modify or make derivative works based upon the Site.
- Reverse engineer or access the Site in order to build a competitive product.

2. Terms and Conditions of Supply
By placing an order with DesignersGlasses, You will be deemed to have understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
Customer Obligations
- You are at least 18 years old and possess the legal right to obligate Yourself to these Terms.
- You are acting in Your capacity as an individual consumer and the Goods shall not be used for resale.
- You are the authorized holder of any credit/debit card You use on the Site.
Orders and Availability
We shall make reasonable efforts to meet the requirements You specify in Your Order(s), however, We cannot guarantee the availability of Goods. If the Goods You have ordered cannot be supplied to You, DesignersGlasses will contact You to give You a choice to receive a replacement or a refund.
Goods that are Defective on Delivery
Upon delivery of the Goods You must inspect them carefully. If any of the Goods do not match the description or appear to be damaged, do not use the Goods and please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
3. Additional Terms for Prescription Eyewear
These Additional Terms are incorporated by reference in respect of any Order for the supply of Goods manufactured in accordance with a prescription from a qualified, registered medical practitioner or optometrist.
Your Assurances
- You are not registered blind or suffer from glaucoma or related eye diseases.
- You are in possession of a valid written prescription given to You following the testing of sight within the last twenty-four months.
- You will supply full, accurate, and complete details of Your current prescription.
4. User-Generated Content
By responding to our request to use your social media content (the “Content”) you grant DesignersGlasses the absolute, perpetual, and irrevocable right, license, and permission to use, display, transmit, broadcast, and reproduce the Content for any business purpose in connection with our social media platforms or marketing materials.
5. Giveaways and Promotions
DesignersGlasses may occasionally run giveaways or promotional contests.
- Participants must meet specific requirements outlined in the promotion.
- The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
- DesignersGlasses reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
6. Data Collection and Analytics
