How Can We Help?
Find answers to our most frequently asked questions below.
Placing an Order
Simply browse our catalog, select your desired frames, and click "Add Lenses" to enter your prescription details (or select "Frame Only"). Once customized, add the item to your cart and proceed to secure checkout.
You can configure each pair of glasses individually. Add the first pair with its prescription to the cart, then go back to the shop to configure and add the second pair with the different prescription.
Yes. A detailed invoice will be automatically sent to your registered email address as soon as your order is confirmed and payment is successful.
The stock availability is displayed directly on the product detail page. If a specific color or size is out of stock, the system will not allow you to add it to your cart.
Prescription & Lenses
Your prescription typically contains values for SPH (Sphere), CYL (Cylinder), AXIS, and PD (Pupillary Distance). A plus (+) indicates farsightedness, while a minus (-) indicates nearsightedness.
The PD is the distance between the pupils of your eyes in millimeters. If it is not on your prescription, you can ask your optician or use our online measuring guide during checkout.
Photochromic lenses are clear (or nearly clear) indoors and darken automatically when exposed to sunlight (UV rays). They provide comfort and convenience for both indoor and outdoor use.
No. Contact lens prescriptions and eyeglasses prescriptions are different. Contact lenses sit directly on your eye, while glasses sit a short distance away, changing the required power.
Frame Size & Fit
Look on the inside of the temple (arm) of your current glasses. You will usually find three numbers (e.g., 52-18-140) which represent the Lens Width, Bridge Width, and Temple Length in millimeters.
Absolutely! DesignersGlasses guarantees that all our designer frames and sunglasses are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official manufacturers and authorized distributors.
Most frames require minor adjustments to fit your face perfectly. Any local optical shop can perform these adjustments quickly, often for free or a very small fee.
Payments & Discounts
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as secure modern digital payment gateways during the checkout process.
You can apply your promotional or discount code on the Shopping Cart page or during the final Checkout step before making the payment.
Typically, only one discount or promotional code can be applied per order unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
Account & Support
No, you can checkout securely as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to easily track your orders, save your prescriptions, and checkout faster in the future.
Our Virtual Try-On tool uses your device's camera to scan your face and virtually overlay the glasses. Simply click the "Virtual Try-On" button on eligible products and allow camera access.
